Housebuilder Castlemere Developments has appointed Ryan Morrissey as project manager to oversee its legacy and new projects.

The 34-year-old will bring a wealth of experience to the Windsor-based company, which has a number of ongoing projects across London and the South East.

Morrissey’s most recent role was project manager for Skanska-owned BoKlok, overseeing its timber homes developments on the South coast.

Prior to that, he spent nine years with Vision Modular as both a site engineer and installation manager. His experience in this sector will be beneficial for Castlemere Developments’ current airspace projects, as well as its recently announced £9.6m townhouse development in Dulwich.

Kris Collett, director of Castlemere Developments, said: “Ryan’s experience in the industry will be invaluable to us as we have a number of ongoing projects and more in the pipeline. This is a critical role in the company as we look to complete a number of ongoing projects this year.”
