Sunderland-based tech firm Clixifix has appointed Matt Hayman as its new chief marketing officer (CMO) to further grow the businesses and boost its brand recognition.
The contech and proptech business is headquartered in Houghton le Spring and claims to have over 130,000 users, with 295,000 properties managed through its platforms and 1.8m defects resolved.
Hayman has 13 years’ experience driving growth and digital marketing success, including seven years as a digital agency owner, and five years managing high-performing campaigns and strategies at SaaS companies like Refract.ai.

As a team we are excited to work with Matt and we can’t wait to see how he supports our future operations.”
Hayman said he was “compelled” by the company’s “mission” to transform property management, coupled with the “passion and experience” of the leadership team.
“I saw tremendous potential for growth in an industry ripe for technology adoption,” he added. “I wanted to leverage my experience to propel Clixifix’s success.
“To elevate Clixifix I will create data-driven strategies, high-value content, and creative campaigns tailored to their audience.”
