Hero Labs, the manufacturer of the Sonic smart leak defence and water management device, announced that it has appointed Ishaan Sood as UK Operations manager.
Ishaan is responsible for the smooth running of all UK operations, implementing improved processes to support the company’s growth plans, and ensuring that Hero Labs achieves both short and long-term objectives.
Based at the Hero Labs HQ in London, Ishaan reports into CEO, Adam Williams.
He is a law graduate who has worked in sales and operations for almost 10 years.
Starting his career at Vodafone, Ishaan moved to focus on driving organisational performance at scale-up businesses Enjoy Technologies and Mila.
Commenting on his appointment, Ishan said: “I’m thrilled to join Hero Labs at a very exciting time for the business.
“I love the fact that we are tackling the issue of water scarcity head-on with our market-leading product, Sonic.
“To be part of a team that creates the type of innovation that can genuinely help our planet, was just too irresistible to pass up.

“I will be concentrating on delivering at pace and look forward to how I can help the business grow.”
