Hassan Khan - new investment analyst

Growing mixed-use developer Montreaux has recently expanded its senior team with the appointment of Hassan Khan as an investment analyst.

Khan has a strong background in financial due diligence, specialising in development and distressed commercial assets.

This experience extends to sealing land deals, with extensive knowledge of off-market office blocks and disposal of converted commercial space.

Previously working for Parcap Real Estates Investors, Khan decided to venture into this expanding business, bringing with him a wealth of strategy analysis.

Commenting on his new role, Khan said: “This is a great opportunity to work with such a great team at Montreaux and bring my experience to the table to help develop and shape the future.

“It’s a really exciting time to be working in development – both commercial and residential – and I see a bright future for myself within this business.”

David Burke, chief executive of Montreaux, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Hassan to Montreaux.

“His depth of experience in the property industry, alongside his extensive work in analysis and strategy, will be a huge asset and his appointment is part of our approach to strengthen the business by employing the very best people as we continue to grow.”
