Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions has appointed Andy Burnham as operations director and promoted Jonathan Digby to continuous improvement director.
Burnham brings over 30 years’ experience to the role, and is known for his ability to build and lead successful teams. He enjoys nurturing talent and driving performance improvements in diverse manufacturing environments.
He began his career with Saint-Gobain PAM, before progressing to operations director for Saint-Gobain Insulation UK, and most recently, serving as regional manufacturing director for Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, leading a team of plant managers across multiple gypsum and insulation sites.
Burnham said: “I am delighted to join the team and help to accelerate the wider Saint-Gobain Purpose to Make the World a Better Home through innovative manufacturing approaches. I am committed to encouraging growth while maximising productivity, and look forward to bringing my experience to the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions team.”
Digby has worked for the business since 2018, initially as continuous improvement manager and from 2020 as head of engineering, having previously worked as head of engineering and projects at a timber manufacturing company.
The new role will see Digby use his engineering knowledge to best effect; working with the wide continuous improvement team to achieve safety and efficiency gains through the implementation of new equipment technologies and process improvements.
He said: “I am really excited to start in the new role and working with the wider continuous improvement team to ensure our processes match our customers’ demands for product safety, durability and innovation.
