Algeco acquires Mobile Mini to create 'UK's largest accommodation rental fleet'

Modulaire Group, the parent company of modular specialist Algeco, has announced that it is acquiring Mobile Mini UK.

Mobile Mini UK is one of the leading suppliers of steel storage units and anti-vandal portable offices and toilets.

Together Algeco and Mobile Mini UK aim to create the UK’s largest accommodation hire fleet of around 82,000 units.

Mark Higson, Group Chief Executive Officer of Modulaire Group, said: “Mobile Mini is a strong, strategic fit for Algeco and the combination of the two companies will drive significant value for both customers and stakeholders.

“It will help us further deliver the Algeco Vision to be the market leader in modular and temporary accommodation, operating as a trusted solutions adviser to customers.
