Contech firm Open ECX appoints new CEO

Digital construction solutions firm Open ECX has appointed Nathan Ollier as its new CEO.

Nathan joins the Manchester-based organisation from enterprise software solutions provider Advanced.

He will be tasked with bringing Open ECX’s products and services into new markets, while also building the brand’s presence in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Nathan previously led the operations of Kirona Solutions Ltd, which was acquired by Advanced in 2019 and where he served as chief operating officer.

He later became vice-president of Finance and Spend Management solutions at Advanced.

Commenting on his appointment, Nathan said: “I feel incredibly privileged to be taking on the position of CEO at Open ECX.

“The work that Matthew and the team have done over the past few years, bringing cutting-edge technology and solutions to the construction industry, has helped shape the sector for the better.

“I look forward to working closely with Matthew as we further drive Open ECXs positive impact on the industry.

“With economic pressures being what they are, it’s never been more important to provide construction firms with market-leading solutions to help drive efficiency, streamline ordering and purchasing, and continue to improve the impact of technology in this sector.”
